What is the 20th District Court?

Serving the City of Dearborn Heights, the 20th District Court handles most misdemeanor and felony cases that arise in Dearborn Heights. Headed by Judge David D. Turfe and Judge Mark J. Plawecki, the Dearborn Heights District Court handles serious felony cases in their initial stage.

The Dearborn Heights Court

The Dearborn Heights District Court is the home base for the out-county office of the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office. The court itself has always provided a fair place for us to litigate serious Dearborn Heights felony cases in their inception. Both judges appreciate the fight we put up and will listen to our arguments as we develop our felony strategy in preparation of the case being bound over to the Wayne County Circuit Court. We have extensive criminal defense experience in southeast Michigan, concentrating on serious felony representation. Contact us today to discuss your Dearborn Heights felony criminal case.
